Rootra Health was built from firsthand experience inside integrative, concierge, and functional medicine private healthcare practices, not from theory.
I’m Ivette Hernandez and I’ve spent years working closely with practices across operations, patient experience, and growth, and I’ve seen how often incredible providers struggle with the business side of care. Not because they lack vision or skill, but because the systems, workflows, and support around them aren’t built to match the level of care they deliver.
That’s where I come in.
Why I Started Rootra Health
I started Rootra Health to support integrative private practice owners in a more practical, personalized way.
There’s no shortage of software, agencies, or generic advice in healthcare but what’s often missing is someone who can step in, understand how your practice actually runs, and help you improve it in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and human.
My goal is simple: To help you build a practice that runs smoothly, grows intentionally, and delivers a better experience for both your patients and your team.
How I Work
I work directly with a small number of practices at a time, which allows me to stay hands-on and focused on what actually moves the needle.
